Although we hope you love your new purchase, we understand you may wish to make a return if you're not 100% satisfied. We’re happy to receive returns within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund back to your original form of payment.
Returns are not free, however we will pay for postage back to you if you wish to exchange items. We advise all customers to use a tracked service as we cannot accept returns that are lost.
Any returned items must be unworn, make up, fragrance and stain free. If you are returning a faulty item, please email us before sending so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you make a return please provide us with feedback so we can work on our future products. We're trying to reduce waste and emissions to be more sustainable so we want to minimise returns as much as possible.
We will not accept any returns that do not comply.
